When to start your clean 9 Diet?

Always start the Clean 9 plan when you have a couple of quieter days – like on a weekend or a time when you have 2 consecutive days where you can crash out if you feel you need to.

What is Clean 9 Diet & How do I do it?

Can you do Clean 9 without the Aloe Vera Gel?

The cleansing part of the Clean 9 relies on the Aloe Gel to cleanse the gut – so you can’t do the Clean 9 without that fundamental part of the programme. However you can use the Protein Shakes, Garcenia tablets, Forever Lean and Forever Therm as part of a healthy diet and they will assist you in your weight loss efforts.

 

How much water should I be drinking during the Clean 9?

Most people who cleanse do not drink enough water, which can cause headaches as the body gets dehydrated. Drinking 2 litres of water per day can be hard to for most of us as we prefer to top up with fizzy or sugary drinks, so this is habit you need to try to get into before you start.

 

Coffee, Tea and Wine do not count: in fact, you should add one EXTRA glass of water to your daily intake for each cup of coffee, tea or glass of wine you drink.

Doing the cleanse is the start of a new healthier you. 3-4 days before you start on the Clean 9 diet, start to wean yourself off Tea, Coffee, Fizzy drinks Alcohol, Sugary and Fatty foods.

 

Dont forget to stop those processed foods like biscuits and takeaways as well.

 

What does Aloe Gel taste like?

Personally I don’t mind the taste, it’s slightly bitter, but you get used to it. Worse case adds some juice to it. (Remember sugar free as this will increase your calorie intake) It is said the more unwanted chemicals in your body the worse it will taste!!!! You can also drink it through a straw if this helps.

 

Can I do the Clean 9 again straight away?

It is not recommend doing two Clean 9 programmes without at least a 6-8 week break between programmes.  You will only have so many toxins which need to be cleansed from your system.  You are much better off moving onto the Forever F.I.T. programme, or continuing with a healthy eating and exercise plan.

 

We often find that doing the cleansing programme at the start of a new regime makes your efforts much more effective.  If you drift back to bad habits or feel you need a boost, there is no problem with following the programme  for a 2nd time but you should not do it again straight away
